We are seeking $150,000 in angel funding to further expand and enhance our offerings, ensuring that our athletes receive top-tier training, state-of-the-art equipment, and national exposure through competitive tournament play, and our recruiting partnerships.
Use of Funds
Your investment will be used to strengthen and expand our operations in the following key areas:
✅ Equipment Upgrades ($45,000)
- Purchase advanced training technology, including additional Rapsodo and HitTrax systems for data-driven performance tracking.
- Acquire new pitching machines, protective screens, and additional batting cages to optimize training efficiency.
- Upgrade strength & conditioning equipment to enhance athlete development.
✅ Facility Renovation ($35,000)
- Improve indoor turf areas and add specialized pitching lanes for baseball and softball.
- Upgrade lighting and sound systems for a better training environment.
- Renovate two bathrooms and make a dedicated Men's and Women's bathroom.
- Expand seating and observation areas for team meetings and recruitment showcases.
✅ Marketing & Athlete Recruitment ($20,000)
- Drive awareness through digital marketing, social media campaigns, and local outreach to recruit elite players.
- Invest in website enhancements to include player profiles, real-time game stats, and college recruiting resources.
- Create professional recruiting videos to showcase our athletes to college coaches nationwide.
✅ Field Rentals & Tournament Organization ($25,000)
- Secure outdoor fields for competitive team practices and scrimmages.
- Organize regional tournaments, increasing our facility’s reputation and player exposure.
- Cover costs for umpires, tournament staff, and marketing materials to attract high-level teams.
✅ Facility Manager Hiring ($30,000)
- Hire a dedicated facility manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and management of training programs, tournaments, and facility maintenance.
- Provide structured leadership for membership services, team logistics, and customer engagement.
