My name is Tony Rohlik and I am a PGA Golf Professional in Mesa, AZ. I am interested in purchasing an active Golf Retail/Repair shop called Ace of Clubs in Mesa Arizona. The company has been in business for 37 years in the same location. The company does annual sales between $350,000 and $400,000 with profits between $150,000 and $200,000. The sales currently come from the building of custom clubs, golf club repair, and laser engraving of custom logo clubs.
My short term goal is to acquire, remodel, and expand the business with sales expectations of $450,000 the first year. I plan to accomplish this by remodeling the current location to be able to install a golf simulator and create more retail floor space so I can add add Top of the line equipment, apparel, and accessories to appeal to an additional demographic buyer while keeping the current customers. The Golf Simulator will allow me to do club fitting and golf lessons which will add to revenue.
My long term goal is to acquire more retail space in the current location to expand the current Golf shop square footage and eventually open other branches of Ace of Clubs in different parts of the Phoenix area.
