We operate across three core divisions:
- Training – Through the Accessibility Real Estate Specialist (ARES™) Designation, we provide the nation’s first and only certified training program equipping real estate professionals to serve people with disabilities, aging adults, and families seeking accessible housing. This Master Class–style program is certified for continuing education in multiple states and positioned for national expansion.
- Consulting – We partner with Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) across the country to integrate accessibility features into listing platforms, forms, and searchable data fields. We have successfully implemented this system in the Northwest MLS in Washington, creating the nation’s first accessibility supplement form and input system—an achievement now being replicated by MLSs nationwide.
- Real Estate Services – As licensed REALTORS®, we serve clients directly, while also creating a referral network for accessibility-focused transactions. This ensures buyers and sellers with accessibility needs connect with trained professionals who understand their priorities.
