A Place Like Home Adult Day Program is a respite care program that offers a much needed break to the at-home, 24/7 family caregiver, while providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for their loved one - 60 years old+ - who are experiencing brain changes due to an Alzheimer’s Disease, stroke, Parkinson’s, and traumatic brain injury, and other related diagnoses.
I can provided the bi-annual report from a previous, rural adult day program which I founded and developed in 2015 in Woodland Park, CO - which served the Teller County communities and beyond for over 7 years.
