ABOUT:

Originally a 30,000sq.ft. toy factory in the 1800s 54 Mechanic Street changed hands to a large-scale real estate developer, serving as a one-stop loading dock for country wide construction projects. The warehouse, along with its' contents (an estimated $2.4MIL in untouched building material), was acquired in 2022 by Mechanic Street Realty- MSR moved & operated out of two locations, the Winchendon property as well as a 20,000sq.ft. warehouse located in Lawrence, MA. MSR liquidated. Inventories consisting of but not limited to: Vanity Tops, Doors, Windows, Lumber & Molding. Over the course of 15 months.

The Winchendon location was initially purchased by MSR for the purpose of building a residential housing development, however, after further consultation the plans for the property have changed. Given the rarity & value of the wood that make up the 59000sq.ft. structure, Mechanic Street Realty is in the process of (meticulously) dismantling, salvaging & processing the wooden structure along with a large quantity of scrap metal. Antique English brick & 7200 pains of antique green handblown wave glass. It is estimated that 70% of the lumber (decking, flooring & beams) will be retained & processed-putting the lumber at an estimated value of $4.66MIL. We had to start another company which we named after the town which is toy town vintage salvage in order to process and sell the immense amounts of historical materials that we are going to be reclaiming. Look for 300k investment to fund removing and processing everything like for like so that we may sell it off to all of the antique wood buyers and historical commissions that will gladly pay us for as much as we produce which at this point is looking like 400,000 bf in wood alone 350,000 brick/900 pallets 392 per pallet and 7200 pains of handblown antique green wave glass.
