I'm a ground-up developer and home builder in Boise, ID with a focus on medium size infill development. I've been in real estate investing full time since 2016, and transitioned to development and new construction in 2019. Since then I've been actively scaling and have learned that there is little competition in the niche I specialize in. I'm currently looking for funding to purchase and entitle a parcel next to one I already own, to add 8 additional townhome units. This total project will be 18 units including the land I already own, in a quickly redeveloping area. The land values are the best in the Boise metro area for the density and per lot cost compared to finished home value.
