4000 FYM Organization – Non-Profit Proposal

Creating an anti-bullying online gaming community proposal involves outlining objectives, strategies, and actionable steps to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all players. Here's a comprehensive proposal:

Anti-Bullying Online Gaming Community Proposal

1. Introduction
Purpose: To create an online gaming community that actively works to prevent bullying and promote a positive and inclusive environment.

Vision: A safe and supportive gaming space where all players can enjoy and engage without fear of harassment or bullying on our app. We are currently using Appy Pie services to provide this app.

2. Objectives
Prevent bullying: Implement measures to identify, report, and address bullying incidents effectively.

Promote inclusivity: Foster a culture of respect and inclusiveness among all community members.

Support victims: Provide support and resources to players who experience bullying.

Educate: Raise awareness about the impact of bullying and educate players on how to contribute to a positive community.

3. Community Guidelines
Be considerate and respectful: We will not all agree all the time, but a disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior. We will all experience frustration occasionally, and we cannot allow that frustration to become personal attacks. Our differences can be our strengths.

Choose your words carefully!: Always conduct yourself respectfully. Be respectful to others. Do not insult or put down others. This includes but is not limited to: – Threats of violence – Discriminatory jokes and language  – Sharing sexually explicit visuals or violent material via message chats. An environment where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive or creative one.

Be inclusive: 4000 FYM welcomes and supports people of all backgrounds and identities. This includes but is not limited to members of any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social and economic class, educational level, immigration status, size, age, political belief, religion, and mental or physical ability. Racial slurs are not tolerated in our community. You will be subject to disciplinary actions.

The following offenses can result in you being banned.

• Sexual Harassment

• Discrimination

• Bullying

• Threats

• Repeated offensives

In accordance with the 4000 FYM Organization’s Zero Tolerance Policy: Any points won, given, or earned by a subscriber may be reduced, nulled, or taken away at any given time by a 4000 FYM Organization representative in response to a subscriber failing to comply with policies, agreements or violating any other terms of service. If a subscriber is found or caught glitching, exploiting, or abusing the perk points system, (the subscriber) is subject to a fine, removing perk points and terminating the subscription. A subscriber may appeal this decision at any time with the operations team and reserves the right to a fair and non-bias review. Hence, a review does not guarantee a different outcome.

In the event of a service termination (voluntarily or disciplinary), Perk points are subjected to expiration at the end of a subscription term period. Perk points are carried over when subscribers renew their subscriptions within the given renewal period each month.

The subscriber acknowledges and agrees that they may terminate the Subscription Agreement at any time, with or without cause; however, no partial refunds of a subscription price will be refunded. Upon receipt and verification of any termination notice, 4000 FYM Organization shall discontinue the Services to all phone numbers, gamer tags, email addresses, and billing addresses registered by the subscriber.

We will terminate any accounts that are below the age of 13. Once receive payment, you are consenting that you are the legal guardian of the account.

4. Reporting and Moderation
Reporting system: Implement an easy-to-use reporting system within the game for players to report bullying incidents. We are using Appy-Pie system to monitor the social medial platform that is focused on gamers making post about games and finding connections to the gaming industry.

Moderation team: Establish a dedicated team of trained moderators to review reports, take appropriate action, and provide support to victims.

Automated tools: Utilize automated tools to detect and flag inappropriate behavior in real-time. Appy-Pie has a system that will allow the members to block and report post that are inappropriate. That information will be sent to our team to review further.

5. Support Systems (Goal)/Video Talks
Help center Goal: Create a help center with resources on dealing with bullying, mental health support, and contact information for professional help. We are currently researching on Facebook to find community support groups that support anti-bullying.

Peer support groups: Establish peer support groups where players can share their experiences and offer mutual support. – Goal is to create a blog where everyone can share those experiences. Comments will be monitored on the app and website.

Counseling services Goal: Partner with mental health organizations to provide counseling services for affected players. We are currently reaching out to local counseling services to provide their consent on allowing us to use their information as a resource on the website.

Video Talks: This will be a location on the page where all our members will submit videos that will be viewed first by our team before we put anything public on the page. We are encouraging everyone to submit videos for perk points that they can use for our merchandise. We are also looking to contact big retailers who can provide us vouchers that only can be used on our website. This is a goal that we are currently researching.

6. Educational Initiatives (Goal)
Workshops and webinars: Host regular workshops and webinars on topics like online etiquette, conflict resolution, and the impact of bullying.

Educational content: Develop and share educational content, including articles, videos, and infographics, on the importance of a positive gaming environment.

7. Community Engagement – Goal once we are more established
Events and campaigns: Organize community events and anti-bullying campaigns to promote unity and raise awareness.

Recognition programs: Implement recognition programs to reward players who contribute positively to the community.

Feedback channels: Create channels for players to provide feedback and suggestions on improving the community environment.

8. Partnerships and Collaborations
Currently we do not have any legal partnerships. We are currently seeking investors to help get this launched soon.

9. Monitoring and Evaluation
Data collection: Collect data on bullying incidents, reporting rates, and resolution times to monitor the effectiveness of anti-bullying measures.

Surveys and feedback: Regularly conduct surveys to gather feedback from the community on the anti-bullying initiatives.

Continuous improvement: Use the collected data and feedback to continuously improve policies, tools, and support systems.
