Demand and growth in the streaming industry has shown a steady increase in years past. 80% of U.S. consumers now subscribe to at least one paid streaming video service, up from 73% in the pre-COVID-19. Although we are currently seeing a surge in streaming subscription services consumers are increasingly frustrated with the flood of streaming options, all while trying to manage costs. This subscription fatigue is expected to lead to increased cancellations, and push viewers to free ad-supported streaming options. Few companies occupy this space. Out of those that do none dominate the space. Many carry a catalog of old series and films, few free, ad-supported streamers have original content. Those streams that offer original content offer few diverse shows. This opening in the industry gives a free, ad-supported streamer with original and diverse content a unique advantage. 4 Streams Live has identified an untapped market of virtual unseen and diverse content. Acquired content created by independent filmmakers is the backbone of 4 Streams.
As a free, ad-supported streamer we are in a unique position to give consumers the diverse experience they have been crying out for. Our goal is to provide a platform where typically marginalized independent filmmakers can share their work while providing audiences with Diverse and Premiere content.
COMPANY OWNERSHIP
4 Streams Live is based out of North Carolina, the company was founded in 2020 by Melissa Butler, a screenwriter, and independent producer. Melissa has worked with clients and independent filmmakers to bring their stories to the page and screen.
We are raising a total of six million dollars. This is twelve months of financing that will allow 4 Streams to launch the service, operate, and produce several original projects.

YEARLY PROJECT REVENUE
Over twenty-four months 4 Streams expects to bring in 7 million dollars in revenue. 4 Streams will generate revenue from two sources. Our main source of revenue is from advertisements that run alongside programming and our second source of revenue comes from the sale of an app for filmmakers to track and trace potential COVID-19 symptoms and outbreaks. 4 Streams projects revenue for the next three years is as follows:
