This will be a start up business from the ground up. We would like to start a sawmill/lumberyard business..The process would be to buy green timber from logging companies straight out of the woods. We would cut and dry the lumber according to demand such as for pallets, building supplies, furniture etc. We would buy pine wood as well as hardwood timber like oak, maple and other hardwood trees. We would do most everything in-house such as possible logging units and dispersement/delivery to potential buyers. We understand this is a very expensive business especially when starting from scratch but we feel it would be very profitable to us and our investors.
