We recently purchased a party store/sandwich shop combo in Roseville Mi called 3D’s. The store has been around since the 1950’s. We are trying to restore the store to its glory days and have it reach its full potential. We have had several unexpected repairs in the short time we have had the store and need additional funding. We are truly a mom and pop business that is trying to keep the legacy of 3D’s alive for generations to come. We are known for our famous 3D sandwich and we try to make everything we can fresh in house using local products and services as much as possible. Similar to a lot of smaller businesses The pandemic has definitely taken a toll on our business as well as outdated equipment. We are seeking $300K-$500k to replace all the original equipment that is dated, starting to fail, and over all inefficient for growth of the business. We also wish to purchase a food truck to expand our customers base as well a keep up with a growing market and assist our catering customer base.
