The construction turnaround is 3-4 months and we can provide the investor a first deed of trust on the land during the construction period as well as a competitive interest rate on the funds used. Upon sale of the home, we can share up to 20% of the profit which will be paid at closing by the title company in addition to retirement of the loan.
