We need $850,000 to cover the down payment on a property 10+ acres for the development of 350 residential units + 20,000 SF of ground floor retail. The initial investment will be repaid after processing of a federal housing grant. Repayment is guaranteed in 4 months by the managing bank which is a national tier 1 US bank. The payment for the downpayment is ussed as the first payment coming from the grant funds.

We are a development and architecture company with 25 years of experience in local mixed use and multi residential development. We are currently building 78 units in Petaluma California. The project will be on a different site in the same city.
