3 Fat Labs, Inc a wedding and event venue in Indiana. I have been in business since 2013. The wedding venue was built in 2018. The venue it self is 15, 500 sq ft and can seat up to 350 guest.
We offer a grooms ready room and a seperate bridal cottage that is appoximalty 800 sq ft for the ladies to get ready in.
on average we host 45 to 50 events currently per year. But working hard to add more events per year for a total of 75 to 100 events per year or more by offering attractive packages at an affordable price point.

3 Fat Labs offers full day rentals for wedding couples. We provide tables, chairs, linens, decorations and much more. 3 Fat Labs also has a 3 way liquor license and we offer a range of bar package options. Our couples are only allowed to choose there caterer.
If you are not familuar with the wedding Industry I am taking an advanced accelarator program from Kristin Binford a very sucessful venue owner and coach. I have learned a lot during this program and I am confident that I will be booking 75 to 100 wedding per year by 2025. Kristin Binford host 170 wedding per year. I beleive by using her program I will be doing the same in 2026.
3 Fat Labs currently has 1 full time manager on payroll , 4 seasonal bartenders and 6 seasonal helpers that are 1099 subcontractors.
I am requesting $300,000 in order to hire 2 more venue coordinators along with landscaping updates and venue maintanence and cash flow assistance.
