We are excited to share with you our real estate investment fund . We have acquisitions, projects and private equity loans in fast growing areas of Texas such as Austin, Dripping Springs, Bastrop, Lockhart, Waco and more. We focus on continually expanding areas close to strong economic markets such as Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston. We believe in multiple streams of revenue to reduce risk and maximize returns, providing a diversification of ones portfolio without the volatility of the current stock market (such as with REITS).
Our Portfolio of Investments encompasses several revenue streams pooled into the fund:
1) Acquisitions of multifamily units for long term hold - lease income.
2) Private Lending / Hard Money Loans for Real Estate
3)Acquisitions for quick turn around profit (fix and flips)
4) Acquisitions of commercial units for long term hold - lease income.
NOTE: Our long term hold strategy cycles every 5 years with the sale of these properties which help deliver the 13-17% IRR to our investors within that 5 year cycle while enjoying passive income yearly with an 8% pref rate. Investors will receive quarterly distributions and reports.
The Founders Chad Fox and Paul Zabal, boast accumulated experience of over 50 years. They have procured assets surpassing $30 million dollars and the facilitation of loans and funding for projects amounting to over $100 million dollars. As well as executed 267 property flips. They've been committed to prosperous transactions and adept asset management for more than 15 years.
We welcome working FUND to FUND. We also can work with BROKER/DEALERS. An outside entity or entities can raise up to 25% of our fund (essentially up to $25,000,000). Investors will receive quarterly distributions and reports.
We treat every investment whether $100,000 or millions of dollars with the same attention and care. We value every investor individually and collectively.
