Agricultural company based out of California is seeking funding for expansion of operations to the East Coast.  The partners are the renowned Chef,  winner of the 2000 James Beard award, for best Chef in the Mid-Atlantic. He now heads up multiple companies in the Hospitality and Agricultural industries as well as being a Princeton University adjunct professor, The other partner is long time protege and  Wine expert, Jeffrey Pierson The Jesey Wine Guyde. We are seeking Funding for the purchase of a farm in Burlington County to become a model for sustainable farming and New Jersey Wine production.   The subject property will not only produce wine which it has done since 2021 but the vast vistas offered will feature the renovated original farmhouse into a Bed and Breakfast along with other farm buildings including a Tasting room, converted main barn into a Banquet hall for special occasions from weddings to corporate retreats. The other aspect of the development plan is to establish an agricultural model that in conjunction with Princeton University and other institutions, will be working on one of today's biggest concerns for farmers and that is topsoil depletion  Ultimately the plan is to purchase surrounding farmland That will allow us to develop our proprietary system and scale it to regenerate and replace the planet's topsoils returning the nutrients that it needs so that our food supply continues will continue to come from the earth and not from a testube. Our mission is to rescue the Land that would otherwise become fertile ground for developers to further deplete this once prolific soil. We have a soft commitment of $3,000,000 and we're looking right now to raise another $14,000.000 to get us off the ground
