This significant gap in recreational infrastructure presents a unique opportunity to establish a modern, multi-purpose entertainment center that caters to the community’s need for accessible leisure, social engagement, and nightlife. 

We propose building a state-of-the-art bowling alley in the heart of the Kenai Peninsula, designed to be a vibrant gathering place for families, youth groups, leagues, tourists, and adults seeking evening entertainment. The facility will feature:
