Home Builder looking for a partner to grow with in an underserved metro area in the middle of the country.

We, at 1907 Homes, are seeking a strategic capital partnership to fuel our expansion in the local home building market. As a local home builder, we have established ourselves but recognize the need for additional working capital to leverage growth opportunities effectively.

After transitioning to a new local bank in 2021 due to changes in our previous banking partners (bank was purchased and the President and VP retired), we have encountered challenges with conservative lending practices that hinder our ability to scale efficiently. Consequently, we are seeking a partner who shares our vision and is willing to provide support through capital infusion for lot acquisition, construction funding, and completing transactions, with a mutual commitment to return on investment (ROI).

While custom home construction remains a cornerstone of our business, we aim to increase our footprint by putting more "sticks on the ground." Expanding our inventory of lots and work-in-progress projects is pivotal for achieving scalability and driving shared revenue growth.

Ideally, we seek a long-term partnership where capital infusion is continuous, fostering sustained growth over the years. As we rebuild our website following updates, we invite you to explore our Facebook page [https://www.facebook.com/1907homes] to view a portfolio showcasing some of our completed projects.  I am also attaching a link to a google drive with a photo portfolio, pro forma, sample plan sets that we build in house, and a market analysis to show why Tulsa is the perfect place to grow!

We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to discuss how a partnership with your organization could be mutually beneficial.

Warm regards,

Jason Parks
