My client is buying a corporation that owns 61 acres of ground in western, PA. with a natural gas line substation that my client is able to hook up to a electric generating system to convert the natural gas into elitricity to be sold to the general public as well as a data center in the old mushroom mine also on the 61 acres. He needs $2.6 million dollars to get the project started producing elitricity(8 months to build the facility) The funds will be used for The acquisition of the present owner ship corporation of 2.31 million dollars and the balance will setup the elictric customers.
