## About 2139 Ventures

2139 Ventures is the personal investment platform of MIT alumnus Anand Bhadouria. I invest my own capital and operator experience to back bold founders building the future of software, AI, data systems, life sciences, and frontier technology wherever they emerge.

I invest my own capital and partner early with founders working in software, AI, data systems, life sciences, and frontier technologies. My involvement is flexible and adapts to what each founder needs, including early belief, strategic guidance, product insight, or support navigating growth.

I also own more than 100 rental units across single-family and multifamily properties. This portfolio serves as a real-world testbed for PropTech founders who want to dogfood and validate new products. A YC-backed startup has already used this environment to refine its product through live tenant interactions and real operational workflows.

My goal with 2139 Ventures is to bring meaningful operating experience, long-term alignment, and honest partnership to founders taking bold swings at important problems.
