My plan is to purchase and properly manage multiple manufactured home parks in the tucson area. There are many for sale and are being mismanaged with the potential to increase revenue and maintain a sustainable amount of profit. The property i am currently looking at has 4 manufactured homes and is rented for a total of 2300 i believe we can slowly increase rents to a more reasonable price. We will reinvest profits into the property.
