You Need Pie Diner Expansion

You Need Pie Diner is a 1950s American Diner concept with award-winning pie shop. We are expanding into a second location in a neighboring town,  in preparation for franchising.

Our team of driven, out of the box thinkers took this concept from zero to 2.1M in revenue. In business since 2006, the current structure of a full service1950s American Diner and Pie Shop has existed since 2013 in the mountains of Colorado. In 2021 we finished our plan to franchise and hired FMS to design our franchising docs and we're now ready to actively sell two models - You Need Pie Diner, and You Need Pie Express (just the bakery model). Funds are needed for expansion into a four markets to promote the franchising effort and provide additional proof of concept. Principles are entrepreneurs with business background in asset management and project oversight. Both Rick & Val have 20 + years in the restaurant industry. We are asked all the time to franchise or 'put a location near me', and we've decided now is the time!  The past few years have been especially rough on the restaurant industry, and we had to use much of our savings to weather the pandemic. We made strategically advantageous business decisions, added new product lines, and got creative with our offerings to meet demand, stay profitable, and come out a better, stronger company for the changes.  We are negotiating leases on a commercial space for  locations 2-4  in a fast growing market in Northern Colorado.
