I would like to open a mostly donation based yoga studio that would make yoga accessible to all. I have been teaching yoga since 2006 and have been leading yoga teacher trainings since 2016. I have graduated 11 classes of yoga teachers. I was the yoga manager of a large studio for many years and left teaching publicly in January 2022 due to abuse of the owner to many employes. So many studios closed down over Covid. I have a large following of students from teaching for the past 16 years and I have many teachers that would be excited about a new place to share their yoga. I want to create a safe healing space for all folks, regardless of race, gender, identity, religion, political affiliation, etc to leave the stressors of life behind and find their center, their Zen. I would like to have a really beautiful boutique to sell yoga clothing and accessories. I would like to have massage rooms as well. I want to offer a community space that feels like a home away from home.
