The problem we solve:
Scalability and quality in a nutshell. The online fitness industry is polarized between on-demand (prerecorded video database access) and one-on-one training. That doesn't meet the needs of business,  the Multi-Family industry, or fitness influencers with a large following. With Yobod, a Trainer can offer live personalized group training to a large group of people. Providing the necessary scalability to meet the needs and quality by being able to build programs and content based on the user's goals.

What we are and where we are at:
We're a fitness app that provides live personalized group training. We provide catered training and wellness services to businesses and the multi-family home industry. Our apps are already built and so is our website for the most part outside of b2b information that we're currently working on adding - we've just gotten a lot of feedback for changes and we don't want to discourage any potential clients with the wrong message. We are focusing on B2B sales as we get started due to our high customer acquisition cost for our public offering. Once we've built up more brand awareness and have better marketing we'll continue to pursue our public offering. We are still pre-revenue but are actively hunting for contracts.

Our business models:
We have a public offering where anyone can download the Yobod app and find a trainer that fits their needs and subscribe to them for $79.99/month. Our trainers will review their goals and incorporate them into their live group training sessions. These sessions are available live and up to 24 hours before disappearing. We pay our trainers $40 per subscriber, google/apple takes 30% and Yobod makes $15 per subscriber.

Our B2B offering provides a dedicated trainer to any business. This is essentially our public offering but focuses on the business's health goals and building a better culture for the employees. The current financial model we have in place for them is $3500 a month for the trainer and $40 per employee who signs up. To make this more affordable to the business we've added profit sharing where the business adds an additional $30 to the per-employee cost to help the recoup and even profit from our service.

Our multi-family home model focuses on our ability to provide scalable service. with remote work on the rise, the apartment industry is finding that wellness packages are becoming a must for their residents. With Yobod, we have no limit on the number of units the multi-family business has. We have some custom offerings that return between 22%-54% profit depending on the demographic.

Our target customers:
For now and the following year, our target customers are multi-family apartment complexes with 300+ units and businesses with 150+ employees. Both industries have a great opportunity for  Yobod.
