1. Yahanan Press is a one stop shop to all your offset printing needs. We put our customers first and provide good customer service. Yahanan Press creates opportunities for the amateur to become professions. Yahanan Press’ goals is to have a great location with state-of-the-art equipment and growing our revenue in the up coming year and building long term relationship with customers. Yahanan Press will reach out to all small to large businesses and walk-in as well. The new trend of digital printing has grown in the past few years and will continue to grow in the U.S. and globally. Yahanan Press is a registered LLC. 

2. We will hire a pressman along with myself as a printer, a customer service personnel and my wife will handle all of the administrative tasks.

3. Industry trend has shifted to digital market. Direct-to-digital-garment in talking with key commercial, direct mail, and book printing players, many signals point to a cross-the-board market growth opportunities within all of these segments, despite the ongoing paper, labor, and general supply chain shortages impacting the entire printing industry, coupled with headwinds from the high inflation rates currently permeating throughout the general U.S. 

In 2020, the Global Commercial Printing Market had a value of $411.99 billion. By the end of 2026, it is estimated to value $472.35 billion, with a CAGR of approximately 2.24% in 2021 - 2026. Five years from now, the printing market is predicted to witness remarkable growth.

4. Through purchasing a Minute Man Press Franchise, which comes equipped with two new digital printing presses that produces high quality, fast turn around, short run jobs and all equipment needed to run the business. Yahanan Press also owns three additional offset printing presses to add to the Minute Press franchise that will be used to do long runs, that the digital presses are not able to handle. Other benefits of the franchise is that it has buying power with paper companies and printing equipment across the country and networking abilities with other printers that we are able to network with each other in order to fulfill the need of the customers in times of paper shortages etc.

5. We make money by providing customers highest-quality products and services possible in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. We promise to listen to our customers and help them achieve their business goals.  Yahanan Press will produce high quality customized printed products such as business cards, brochures, booklets, flyers, direct mailers, invoices and envelopes for individuals as well as small to large enterprises. 

6. Our competition includes other printing companies such as Vista Print, Sir Speedy, Staples, FedEx and others.

7.  Our mission is to provide our customers with the highest-quality products and services possible in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. 8. We currently have  a business name, Yahanan Press LLC, EIN number, business bank account, two offset printing presses, and one digital offset press. I also have 20+ years experience in the  printing industry as a press operator.

9. We need $300,000 to achieve our vision, of which $150,000 is for the franchise and $150,000 as working capital.

10. If it all works out Yahanan Press will be able to provide affordable, good quality printing services to many business in our community as well as provide employment opportunities for those who have a  heart for the printing industry as well as retire my wife and take care of family. Also to provide good customer service and long term relationships with customers.
