WyndSong Ranch Expansion Project of a NEW Smart Barn

I own a ranch in Northeast Florida area where I breed, train, show and sell registered AQHA Performance horses. I started my ranch in 2015 with just a few well bred quarter horses as well as actually buying the land,  building the ranch by scratch. and building our reputation as trainers.   The ranch are members of the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA), the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) and the American Ranch Horse Association (ARHA). In 2017 William Dupont (one of our trainers) became Rookie of the Year in the State of Florida Cutting Horse Association. In 2018 he placed 8th at the National Cutting Horse Competition.  At the end of 2018 WyndSong Ranch was able to start taking in our first clients to take lessons in our  90 x 168 ft covered arena. WyndSong Ranch only had 3 stalls available to the public for leaving their horse with us for a 30, 60, 90 day training. By the end of 2020 we had out grown our barn and our arena and now have clients on a waiting list to place their horse with us for training.  WyndSong Ranch is now looking to expand and build a NEW Smart Barn that will be climate control and environmental control.  Why a Smart Barn? What is the advantage? Northeast Florida receives a lot of rain during the normal course of the year. On top of the normal Hurricane season and tropical storms.  The ground becomes saturated  with standing water.  During this period of time horses become stall bound with only the arena as their only source of exercise. A Smart Barn our arena, round pens and hot walkers would now be under roof allowing exercise no matter what the weather abounds outside. The barn would also have ammonia sniffers and automatic fans to remove the danger. Climate control with A/C in the summer and heat during our cold months allows both horse and rider to train despite the outside weather conditions.  The larger barn will allow us to take in more training horses not only in our area but across the nation. It will be the first of it's kind in the State of Florida.  We would also be installing a manure compost machine that would compost horse manure turning it to compost to sell for use in residents gardens.  I have a Business Model upon request as well as photos and video's are also available.
