This is a small family business to open a restaurant to cater to to go orders only including doordash and grubhub. I've been in restaurant management for 30 years and I'm ready to work for myself along with my kids. I have secured a location and I am researching used restaurant equipment to keep costs down. There will be no hired labor because it will just be me and my sons.
