• Our business mission is to help farmers by cleaning ip their fieldstone by their fence lines/waterways, removing it from their properties.
• As a company looking to grow, we would like people to understand that there is a large deposit of unwanted fieldstone as it becomes a beautiful, specialized landscaping rock
• We would like to market this rock and start the sales of this very unique product by hiring another 2 full time employees from the 4 that we currently have
• Adding another 2 positions would add sales to increase the geographic areas where the product can be offered
• Together they will spear head a campaign to attract nurseries and landscapers
• The company would need to purchase equipment such as a rock bagger, cost of bags for bagging machine, pallet to place bags from bagging machine on, grizzly bar, platform scale, 53-foot flatbed semi-trailer for delivery of finished product
• The company projects to process and sell this unique rock product @ 100 tons per week to be used for landscaping around businesses/houses'/condos'/ponds
• The company anticipates processing approximately 2000-3000 total tonnage the first year in business
• The company would like to expand our products into bags making it more convenient ad accessible for the public
• The bags would be in two various sizes from a 20 lb. bag to a 40 lb. bag. These bags would offer different sizes of rock from 1 inch, 2 inch, chips and fines
• The company will still be located in Ionia, Ia. and will operate basically the same as it has since 2021
• The company will utilize various equipment such as : excavator, skid loaders', front loader, crusher, and conveyors
• The company currently as a lot built on 2 1/2 acres where we have rock laid down, awaiting funding to put concrete down, place barricades, and shelter to store product
• The company has landscape rock on the ground between 5 inches +/- , 3 inch +/- , 1 inch +/- , chips and fines 
• Currently the company has estimated 200 ton ready 

• This unique rock differentiates from other rock due to the colors that are brilliant, the stone has a mixture of various colors, gems, sparkling in the sunlight
• To our knowledge the company has not found any product to be exactly the same, which should give us an advantage which customers are looking for something different from that what others have
• This material is not mined in the ground, easily picked up, easily loaded into a truck, hauled back to the site where it is processed to be delivered to landscaping companies

1. Working directly with landscaping companies
2. Together we will spear head a campaign to attract landscapers/landscaping companies

4. The company can expand to territories that we have not been ale to 
5. Advertising will be introduced, until now the only advertising has been word of mouth
6. Operating hours will be increased in order to manufacture the current product demand

• Due to the extensive glacial and erosional activities Iowas has inherited a large deposit of field stone spread throughout the land

• The company would like to find investor/investors/distributors that have customer relationships
• The company would like to have investor/investors/distributors that believe in this product as much as we do 
• Living in Iowa the spring, summer, and fall are when people are ready to do landscaping after the long winter months
