We are a mineral acquisition company with a focus in the Permian Basin! For the last year we have been purchasing minerals that have existing production for a 16 month to 20 month return on investment from larger companies and individuals. We then have split that into smaller lots to sell at an affordable price but longer return on investment (30 months to 40 months). Retaining 50% of the original mineral acquisition and collecting a monthly royalty check while having most if not all original investment back within 4-6 weeks from the sale of the other 50%. We have successfully done this all year, sometimes selling 100% of the property for an average of 189% ( almost double).
