My name is Frank Bailey program creator and Levelle Wells is the cofounder of Wells & Bailey Intervention Specialist. Wells & Bailey is a Trauma Center located in Omaha, NE. Our mission statement is the following,  we are creating safer communities by providing trauma therapy and interventions to at-risk youth and families. The problem is despite current programs and services that exist youth are becoming more and more at-risk. Without innovative, evidence-based solutions that address complex trauma at its roots, a vicious cycle of mental illness will only continue.  We have a one-of-a-kind solution. We use a holistic, evidence-based approach that drives emotional resiliency and lasting change. This empowers the client with long-term emotional regulation and decision-making skills that lead to a higher quality of life. We address the issues of complex trauma in urban families in order to affect sustainable outcomes of change.  There is a need for a new program in the Omaha Area as indicated by this survey from Survey Monkey. We sent out a survey asking the following questions:

Do youth and families know where to get help for trauma? 91% No 9% Yes
Have youth in our community become more at risk since the pandemic? 9% No 91% Yes
Do the services in our community meet the needs of at-risk youth and families? 86% No 14% Yes
Is there a need for a new program to work with at-risk youth to address trauma and mental health? 0% No 100% Yes

We are the right people for this business. Frank Bailey has over 20 years of experience working with at-risk populations. Mr. Bailey has 8 years of experience providing trauma therapy to at-risk populations. Mr. Wells is a first-generation gang member, he is one of the people that started the blood gang here in Omaha. He has part black and part Native American. He has been walking the Red Road of Recovery for the past 10 years. He is a community activist in our community changing the wrongs he has created. Our next step is to raise $500,000.00 to run this program for the first year. It will take us 6 months for us to become a profitable company. We are empowering today for a better tomorrow.
