The water Treatment technology is able to upgrade current plants at 1/3 the cost of the competition plus they take 1/30th of the time to clean the water. They have two successful units in Saskatchewan & Arizona. Alberta law requires any first time project to be considered a pilot project until there is a successful working unit in the province.
