Warehouse line of credit for Hard Money Lending (secured through collateral assignment)

I do hard money lending all over the country and need more funds to secure loans. I am currently out of funds as all my money is lent out and performing very well. But I would like to scale this business. Need Warehouse line of credit seeking $1M. This is secured debt by collateral assignment. (my attorney can craft your security instruments, he is a Georgetown law graduate and excellent in this space)  I have a net worth of $1M, an incredible track record and 780+ Fico score. Your money will be securitized by collateral assignment of 1st deed position notes, lending no more than 75% of the property value.  I don't want to say its a no brainer, buts its pretty close. I have great reserves, so even if the borrower (on the securitized collateral) does not make payments, you will still make your monthly payments, while I collect from the borrower. THIS IS SECURED DEBT, BY 1ST DEED POSITION, VIA COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT!
