Walk Towards Health Educate the community through demonstration and instruction on how lifestyle modifications can prevent, treat and reverse common chronic conditions. We will train the community on the six pillars of lifestyle medicine, i.e., eating predominantly plant-based foods and meals, abstaining from risky behaviors, restorative sleep, physical activity, social connectedness and stress management.
