Victorian Signature (also residential hotel) is a serviced apartment complex that uses a hotel-style booking system, Housekeeping type services and amenities of standard hotels. Similar to renting an apartment, but with no fixed contracts and paperwork. Simply, occupants can "check out" whenever they wish.

Victorian Signature could be used to promote Kirtland Air Force Base and the City of Albuquerque.
Kirtland Air Force base, is currently the 5th largest , covering 50,000 acres, employs over 21,000 and local economic impact of over 4.4 billion.
Northrop Grumman Corp broke ground on a new 20,000+ sq.ft building to be completed in February 2023.
Funding for Victorian Signature is not limited to the initial $300k. Much of the accounting costs are not clear and not present. Initial funding is geared to hiring firms to complete necessary reports and documents for a more accurate presentation.
