Steel fabrication enterprise needs funding for ongoing contracts

We are seeking funding for two reasons: #1 is to complete the installation of 3 greenhouses in New Mexico. #2 is to buy more steel.
Our total sales in 2021 were 655k, total sales in 2022 were 780k. Sales were down in 2023. There is an uptick in greenhouse sales and we are well placed to have a profitable year. We have invested all past years profits in equipment and tooling to manufacture greenhouses with a reduction in labour of 300 percent.
Our intention is to become a regional manufacturer/distributor of  steel roofing. To that end we have a new steel roofing fabricating machine installed. PBR style panels. 250k invested in this machine. We are going to be looking for funding to bring in steel roofing coils to jump into that business. This style of panel is typically used for roofs and walls of commercial buildings. We need a roll of white steel to make end walls for greenhouses. We are shopping for a standing seam roofing machine to serve residential roofing needs. Fortunately this machine is reasonably priced; 30k. This is the most popular style of residential steel roofing, no exposed screws.
What I call Phase 2: We intend to become a national manufacturer/distributor of steel tubing and pipe. To that end: we have sufficient real estate to install a tube mill and a tube mill that is half paid for sitting in China.
Our ideal investor would be someone with construction materials distribution experience. We need advisement on setting up a partnership with an investor in the roofing business and with the pipe and tube business Thank you, Allen Hall
