Freight Transporation Company Investment

HELLO AMAZING INVESTORS~!! 

I am seeking partnership investor for a new transportation business currently one month and a half aged authority. Officially started in August 2022, I took my time with finding the correct insurance to run my transportation properly. I raised my own money to start the transportation company.  To date, we have made over $30k with One Dry Van Over The Road leased on to my authority.  Financial Documentation will be provided with NDA signed along with Business Plan/Financial Projections. We are seeking to purchase truck equipment to have company drivers and working capital to scale the company.  We also would like to purchase land to have a truck and container yard located in Houston, TX. We are also UIIA Endorsed, meaning we are able to get on All Ports and Rail Yards across America. Major freight opportunity.  We are working to obtain major freight contracts nationally along with government contracts. We are a woman minority owned company.  Working currently on our disadvantage certification.

I have been in the Transporation industry for 2 1/2 years. I started in dispatching, obtained a contract with Landstar Logistics as an Independent Freight Agent hired and trained 6  staff agents before starting my own transportation company.  My customers are any and all freight transportation shippers and/or brokers that need means of transportation through Dry Van, Flatbed, Power Only, Step Deck, Sprinter or Box truck.  Shipping Nationally, Locally, Expedited, Intermodal/Drayage etc.   Warehousing is also on the horizon.
