[EX; Pictures, Notes, Quote} That way the employee doing the work has all the up to date information the team leader thinks he may need. The Team Leader can make Templates customized with their company branding clearly display the details of the work along with images of your products and services, or photos taken at the on-site assessment. This way they can clearly state what it will take, prices, etc..
