My supplement company Top Dog Nutrition curates high quality healthy supplement formulas and contracts a manufacture to obtain ingredients, mix, package, and label our formulas. We sell them online and in-person and wholesale a few smaller gym locations throughout the Pacific Northwest.
We are looking to expand our product line and decrease our cost-per-unit on all products by increasing our order quantities with our manufacture.
Our biggest issue at this moment is ordering the least amount of units allowed (100) and selling out too quickly, causing us to be out of stock for a few months at a time and lose out on sales.
Also, stores do not want to wholesale our products only because our price points are too high and that’s because we don’t order enough product at one time.
When I originally started Top Dog Nutrition LLC, I invested $6000 of my own cash for our first formula at 100 units and it sold out within days.
We have since then added 2 more formulas to our product line that sell very well and are of the highest quality when compared to other supplements in the industry.
