Credentials: Founder/creator Anke Otto-Wolf, is the driving force behind the Toley Ranz program, development, implementation. She is an award-winning Life Coach/author, participated in a Student-Oscar (Film Academy LA) winning, socially significant video production, was honored by former President Bill Clinton for her community engagement teaching in underprivileged schools.
