Over the past 2 decades I have gained a great amount of knowledge in the culinary arts field, and Im ready to open my own restaurant. Started off on line as a fry cook in Applebee's, moved through kitchen and different restaurants. Most recently worked in a number of private owned restaurants where I worked closely under head chefs and sharpened my culinary skills. Beginning in the year 2015, I began experimenting with recipes, and by 2017 my recipe book officially began compelling menu items. I've created a menu that is mainly made up of my own recipes as well as other traditional restaurant menu items. The majority of items from my menu have been made for people over the years, and they love everything! Always a good review! Everybody wants to Grub on some great food! TJs House of Grub has menu items that you will see in casual dining, on up to fine dining establishments at an affordable price for everyone!
