TIVE and our combined efforts with the d/Deaf Community to deliver VRS services of a higher caliber and quality were recognized by the FCC. On October 27th, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) awarded TIVE certification to provide Video Relay Services (VRS). Video Relay Services are instrumental as a bridge to the hearing community and have long been hindered by technology, hardware and hiring. No other company has been awarded this certification by the FCC in over 14 years and the due diligence we underwent in securing this award was a monumental task.
 
 What does this mean?  this is the annual $800M+ annual fund we can now tap into as a provider for compensation for providing VRS services to the 37.5M+ d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing Americans.

Fast forward to today;  Our two revenue generating products are coming along and growing out of infancy, Our VRI has done really well with our medical practice outreach and we have onboarded quite of bit of Doctor's offices in all corners of this country ranging from Hawaii to Delaware, Texas, North Carolina and so forth...we have expanded this program to include pharmacies and medical transportation and certainly has traction with the community.

 In the midst of this, we are looking to assume State contracts (VRI) from the current vendor for Nevada, South Dakota and Nebraska due to our relationships and this is already in motion!

Our main product and the FCC certification we received for which is VRS launches in 2 weeks (May) with our first monthly reimbursement from the FCC (and guaranteed by the Department of the Treasury) is expected early July and then we continue our cadence of growth in the VRS market. Soft launch begins in days/not weeks. All things considered we are on track to meet our projections verified by Incfact.com and indirect competitors 8-K filings. 

Coupled with the above, we have secured some pretty great team members who have brought a wealth of industry experience and maturity to our model.

We continue to self fund the company and have started our search for financial partners to accompany us on the last little lift and accomplish what we've set out to do!
