Tippity Topper is a multifunctional multi holiday decoration capable of being put at the top of a Christmas tree, set out on a table, and more. Tinsel and garland are connected directly to the decoration, preventing loose items from falling on the floor, being knocked over, or otherwise causing a mess. This is a million dollar invention .
