The name of my business is  THIS & THAT STUFF, INC. .  I sell a variety of things  including small electronics,  costume jewelry, watches,  used computers,  small furniture,  shoes, clothing, candles and much more.   This business will make  more because I am offering consignment as well.   The business is located in the Richmond Mall located in Richmond, Kentucky.   I have a space leased and have already purchased some  items.  Because my tentative investor backed out due choosing a larger business to invest in,  I can't pay the lease/ rent of $1,800.00 for August 2021 nor purchase any more items to sell due to lack of funds.   I need assistance now and am seeking an investor to provide me with an opportunity to flourish in this market.  I come with many years of experience in business, marketing and retail.  I have invested over $8,000.00 dollars of my personal monies into this business. The  grand opening was scheduled  for August 16, 2021.   I have advertisement,  a contract with ADT security cameras, credit card company, cash system  and a very nice space (previously used by Foot Locker ) but need funding now.    I have a tax I.D. number, wholesale license, business license and  resale certificate.  I am also registered with the state and the city.  The business is registered with the 411 and Google. I have been contacted by so many people who are anticipating the opening of this business from the Richmond/Lexington/Berea and other surrounding areas in Kentucky.  The previous investor was going to invest $65,000.00 and I  was  to render him a  $105,000.00  return  within one year.  I welcome  sincere interests of  investors for my business and I am open to have honest dialogue with investors seeking a great opportunity in which to invest.
