*What To Expect in Entertainment In 2022:
The world of the video didn't skip a beat as we jumped excitedly into 2022. American streaming organizations are building bridges across every pond and expanding their reach to global scales.
Industry Predictions
a. Live Video streamed events
b. Brand partnerships
c. Social media and UGC monetization
A ―catastrophic drop‖ in attendance, advance ticket sales and spending per attendee has hit music venues in the United States as a new strain of the virus spreads. * Key findings: Attendance dropped 23% in one week an estimated 142,772 ticket holders failed to attend. The decline resulted in a 27% decline in gross income. Future income from future ticket sales also declined by 27% ―. Now the number of no--shows is often closer to 50%. CANCELED NYE Celebrations: Across the globe, live video is expected to grow by 15x in the next two years. This is propelled by both unprecedented viewer numbers and increasingly bandwidth-heavy rich media. We see a future where live video is the standard for remote communication all across the board. In the near future, live streaming video will have the strongest effect on the way we learn, collaborate, market products and services, consume advertisements and entertainment, and receive tech support. Answer: LIVE VIDEO INTERNET STREAMING ―A vibrant and competitive Live Video Streaming market not only serves the interests of fans and creators but helps support a diverse and dynamic sector, which is of significant cultural and economic value‖. said Chief Executive of the CMA

  *LIVE VIDEO STREAMING! 2022 and Beyond: David Cockrell has designed a ―venue within a venue.
People love concerts, but sometimes it’s difficult to attend the shows they want to. Sometimes the location is an issue or tickets are too expensive or some concerts simply sell out really fast. Bands, producers, and event hosts have a great deal to gain from expanding their live music concerts to a global audience via live video streaming.
This approach is effective for both generating additional revenue and making the show available to more fans since 38% of young music fans are interested in watching concerts online.

         This is a Social Media run live streaming venue  -  Live Streaming Drives Revenue Up By 9.4% -  Streaming Concert Videos Is Reaching an All-Time High for Consumers Worldwide

 The online live streaming industry has grown 99% between April 2019 and April 2020.  Millennials are the largest group of consumers of live content. 63% of people ages 18-34 are watching live-streaming content regularly.  Approximately 34% of Generation Z (which were born between 1997 and 2015) have shown a new interest in live streams, especially on social platforms.  In 2020, 232 million people watched streaming or downloaded video across all devices in the U.S. 16. 90% of people watch videos over the internet.
* Overview: An Opportunity for a Unique Partnership The industry is poised for the boom generated by pent-up demand. The events of the day have accelerated musicians’ steps toward some lucrative opportunities. We’re talking, of course, about streaming live concerts. The audience for music live streams is now over 110 million ages 13+ in the US alone – more than listen to podcasts, CDs or downloads. During the initial months of the COVID-19 pandemic, found that 1 in 8 music listening hours were spent on live stream viewing.
Concert Streaming has come to dominate the music industry, estimated to be worth 30.4 billion by year 2024. Streaming allows fans to watch a live show at home – or anywhere they feel like taking their mobile devices. Is it the same as a full, immersive concert experience? No. But neither is it $150 tickets, $40 parking, $14 beers and endless restroom lines. It’s also a win-win for artists and their fans: Concert streaming tickets would cost far less. Consumers reported a very favorable experience with live streams. Nearly one-third of live stream viewers would be willing to pay for live streams and subscriptions to live stream packages. What we found is that streaming business overall is actually accelerating in growth. Respondents represented industries disparate as corporations, houses of worship, not-for-profits, and medical facilities—in addition to media & entertainment, of course—all embracing streaming. This approach is effective for both generating additional revenue and making the show available to more fans since 38% of young music fans are interested in watching concerts online. Pandemic or not, radio broadcasters everywhere should be experimenting with the live streaming video. For radio stations, it can provide a new way to engage with audiences.
The most common way to watch a live concert in 2020 has, paradoxically, been on computer screens, iPhones, and TVs. Artists and venues have been regularly streaming audience-less shows from homes, outdoor spaces, and empty venues since the live concert industry shut down in March. The public is tired of the living room or backyard show. The public is ready for full production concerts again! The idea is to think outside the old model and build in more value, more exclusivity, and more opportunities for fans to interact. Get creative with your location, or lean on an established space. From the data, we now definitively can say that those respondents whose organizations do more than one live event per week are more likely to have video-based revenues greater than $1 million and viewership numbers greater than 10,000 viewers. In addition to charging for a ticket to a streaming event, we and the musicians can offer add-ons. How about a virtual backstage pass, giving viewers a glimpse of the artists in the moments leading up to a concert? Exclusive downloads to past signature shows or Chances to win an invite to streaming event. Also a discount on swag. The sky‟s the limit! It is entirely possible that entire tours could be routed virtually. Do you want to enjoy live music without going out?

* PROFILE LEADER
David Cockrell, originally from Memphis TN, began his year career touring concert halls throughout the south. During these early years, David made many connections in the music industry in the Mid-South region. Through these connections, he signed on as lighting designer / director for his first national tour with the Memphis rock group Target in 1976.In 1981 David relocated to Los Angeles to tour with Chaka Khan where he met Jeffrey Osborne. This meeting started a professional working relationship that lasted for ten years and a personal relationship to this day. Jeffrey Osborne / Whitney Houston were one of the first acts to incorporate moving lights to their shows in 1983. Being the lighting director for these two legions in the music industry provided David the opportunity to establish a close working relationship with two icons in the lighting field, John Richardson ( owner of Morpheus lighting and inventor of moving lights )and Dave Oberman, owner of (Obies lighting ). Working with these two giants gave David an extensive knowledge of the operations of moving lights as well as providing him with a complete foundation for his structural designs and lighting applications. This knowledge has allowed David to design and operate some of the most impressive light shows for his clients, which are some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry. David’s hands on approach to his craft, has successfully provided his clients with the upmost professional lighting designs and production direction. David’s personal style and professional leadership enables him to lead, guide and direct the various types of individual he comes in contact with in his many worldwide tours. As his dual role as production manager, David works with anyone from a stage hand to the head of a major corporation. David’s management skills have allowed his clients to get the most for their money.
David’s clients for 13 years were Dionne Warwick / Burt Bacharach (92-2005). David was with these two mega stars of entertainment on many domestic tours and was at their sides on worldwide tours which has taken David around the world many times over and to almost every civilized country on the planet. In 1996 he was the lighting Dir. for the first show of the AMC’s music series ―Live From‖ with Burt and Dionne at The Rainbow Room in New York City.
