The Rustiks

We have a successful Barbershop, and a Wine and Build a Candle business in the Tucson Mall, AZ called the Rustiks.  We have the best barbershop in Tucson, as it is extremely beautiful and old fashioned.  We service roughly 800 clients a month.  Google The Rustiks Barbershop and you will see our establishment.  We make all our grooming products in house as well and for sale with loyal customers.  I make shave cream, beard butter, and 8 other products as I studied for a year to learn how.  We also sell razors and brushes as well.

 We just received our liquor license to sell beer and wine of which we are in the process of adding the bar on the barbershop side (2000 SQ ft). 

 We have the adjoining suite as well that is 2300 sq ft (4300 total we occupy) that is connected to the barbershop.  We are in the process of adding our wine and candle bar where you can build your own candle while enjoying a glass of wine or local beer. We control all the retail products as we make them all in-house which represents great margins.  

We will also be serving cold brew coffee (made in house), locally sourced teas, and beer floats!

I currently own The Candle Store at La Encantada as well of which we are moving into this space as our temporary lease has expired. We have two expert candle makers in house.  I also have a patent pending taper candle machine that is half built.  It will make 100 candles an hour of which the clients can dip the candles into the color they choose. It's quite beautiful. 

We have been approached to franchise but feel we are not there yet.

There are only two partners.  Myself and my fiance who own the company 50/50.  I have a degree in Business Management from Eller College at the U of A.  A top ranked business school and have been in the business for 23 years..

Kimberly, my fiance and partner is a great producing real estate agent here in Tucson and has been for 20 years.

We have an in-house graphic designer for marketing and have felt social media is the best.

We have a very solid team.

We are asking for $50,000 but will take what we can get.  I can provide a sources and use it necessary.

I was a lender myself, but not anymore.  I stopped in order to build our dream.  However I specialized in commercial lending and did quite well affording me the ability to pursue this venture. Combined we have over $350,000 cash into the business
