Hi. My name is Joel Rose and I own The Rose-Way L.L.C. I have been in this industry for about 12 years now and it seems like I had a new employer every other year. I know which companies I would go back to and which ones I wouldn’t. I have seen a lot of different techniques of running a company and the difference I want to make in this changing world is give the ones that can’t get good jobs because of their past and give them good pay to see if their true talents come out. My plan is to get enough working capital to be able to start people out at almost twice minimum wage. Because there is a lot of potential out there that is t given a chance.
