I’m looking to take this investment and flip this historic hotel in downtown Fort Worth, I feel it has a ton of potential to fit in with the downtown historic life of Fort Worth. While also bringing in a flare of new and moody, an exquisite experience for those visiting this cowboy town. I also have high hopes for bringing a very unique bar experience to the hotel with a signature cocktail, giving any and all visitors an experience they can’t forget. There is a beautiful ballroom in the space that I think can be used for several different events, including weddings which I would love to offer services for as well. I really would love to bring a sense a history and feeling of home to this space as well for those who visit!
