Our philosophy:

Our name, "The Mettlesmith's Forge", is meant to reflect the ancient art of blacksmiths and metalsmiths who forged metals and designed tools through an intense and meticulous process to create and bring their imagined art into perfect physical reality. Instead of using "metal" to include in our name, we used another spelling of the word that is "mettle", which means: "suggesting an ingrained capacity for meeting strain or difficulty with fortitude and resilience". So essentially being a mettlesmith, you are forging yourself using the gym as your forge and YOU are the forger of your own body and mental capacity to push yourself through adversity!

Our gym is 90% veteran owned and is already rockin and rollin with the buildout using our own funds of $100k. Our gym will feature a supplement bar with our own private label supplements. We strongly believe in providing an intense, motivating, and fun atmosphere to encourage you to challenge yourself and push your limits to become the best version of yourself! We don't want to be another carefree commercial gym, here in our small town we want our gym to feel like home and want to make you feel that you are a part of our family, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. =)

Our business model revolves around memberships, supplement sales in store and online, merchandise sales, group trainings, and personal training/strength coaching. Our customers are very likely to be those who want to enact change but just need that consistent motivation and contagious energy to emulsify them, as well as those who enjoy pushing their limits to become more finely sharpened and honed versions of themselves everyday.
