We acquire Bank REO's at 60 cents on the dollar in prime markets and resale immediately for major profits. Our investment strategy is that we buy Bank REO's from asset managers at discounted rates in prime markets that the major hedge funds or iMarket Buyers such as Opendoor or Offer Pad purchases in currently so we don't get stuck with any inventory. We get in and we get out. Preferably at retail, but if not we unload to to the iMarket buyers which is usually 18% below Retail.
We currently have a property on deck and scheduled to close 3/15/2023 and will need funding wired to the title company in the the amount of $210,000.00. We're offering 12% Note Rate Secured in first position. We're also offering a $5,000.00 equity share of the profit which will be within 14 - 45 days.
