I currently own a self service dog wash in Oregon, the dog wash was failing when I bought it 5 years ago, it's now bringing in around $300,000 a year with me managing it only and not working day to day in the wash. I've actually moved to Fairbanks Alaska and started a mobile in home nail trimming company. After 2 years in business, the company is making $10,000-$12,000 a month. We found a niche here that nobody else has tapped into. It's a gold mine! We're looking to get funding as soon as possible to buy a building that is up for sale to make it into a self-service dog wash. The number of dogs and dry cabins here with no plumbing would make this very profitable. We've also talked to multiple of our already existing clients about the wash, and they're all very excited. We do lots of work with animal rescues and also have a non-profit, we would use our facilities to help rescues. We also want to use one of the rooms to create a "dog gym" with dog treadmills and offer dog gym memberships. If you haven't heard about the new craze, please look up dog gym vans. It's a way for dogs to exercise in extreme weather. Alaska reaches negative temperatures for months. It's impossible to walk your dogs during those times. I also own a pet waste removal business in Oregon that brings in about $16,000 a month and has 6-7 employees at all times. I've made multiple businesses successful, whether that be from scratch or brining a business back from the dead. I have the profit and loss to show. If you put your trust in me and help me get the building, which is $305,000, and the tubs are another $20,000 plus treadmills and some other things to get us going I'm asking for a total investment of $350,000. You won't regret it. The U.S. pet industry is worth about $76.8 billion, and it's expected to see a CAGR of 5.3% from 2020 to 2025. I'm stubborn and don't give up. Failure is not an option. Thank you for your time and consideration.
