Contractor to California providing community inclusion strategies to adults with disabilities. Mega-Huge demand and my company is uniquely positioned for growth.

"Richard, your program is currently the only program that has a literacy focus in our 10-county region. We are very excited about this component of your program and are confident it will be a big draw for our clients." - Gary C. - Alta California Regional Center

Objective
The Inclusion Way – Creating meaningful experiences where people with disabilities can learn to do for themselves.

Introducing The Inclusion Way
We’ve been invited into a new national project that decreases the 1:6 ratio to a 1:3 ratio (provider: individual) aimed at improving client support.

People With Disabilities Are Excluded
61 million adults in the United States have some type of disability.  People with disabilities, on average as a group, are more likely to experience isolation and adverse socioeconomic outcomes than persons without disabilities.

Market/Growth
Approximately 850,000 disabled people are on a waiting list for services like ours. There are simply not enough providers for the government-approved and funded recipients of these services. With a leaner business model and a community-based approach, our person-centered program provides services for Medicaid reimbursement at a 1:3 ratio (1 instructor, 3 disabled individuals).

Traction – Support Instead of Care
Why re-invent wheels? Our business model strategy accesses existing resources to create life transformative opportunities for our clients at minimal or no costs.

We've proven the model at a non-profit in the Sacramento area. With state and federal approvals, we are launching the implementation of several state-of-the-art training and employee management systems. With ~5 referrals per week, we expect to launch with 30 clients in the fall of 2022 and reach a site capacity of 141 within 12 months.

Highlights & Experience
After 2.5 years as a nonprofit executive director providing services to adults with disabilities Richard Moore, the owner, successfully discovered the progressive, transformative strategy that has become The Inclusion Way. He has also lived abroad, is multilingual, is a social activist, and is certified in human resources management, leadership, and organizational management.
